The power car braking system is an important component of the entire systematic locomotive, which has direct impact to the operation of the locomotive. In order to avoid the accident resulting from braking system malfunction in the locomotive and train operation, monition on line with malfunction diagnose that the main body of this paper is proposed.First, this paper has discussed the significance of real time realizing locomotive braking system monitor with malfunction diagnose and present situation. Secondly, the overall plan has studied an impact of direction driving force over train braking system, and accomplished system on the basis designs principle studying braking system in system, as we know, realizing the systematic braking malfunction diagnose is significant for braking system various malfunction inevitably when the locomotive works.The paper is on the base of direction driving force system theory, and the model that braking system malfunction checking is built by computer simulation. In squeeze to the accidents driving such as by accident, closing and leaking in specifically for often happening in train operation, and gas state that changes condition in the process braking system the train, this paper has testified the feasibility of diagnosing losing an angle squeezing the door passing in by mistake. And also it has accomplished the software algorithm diagnosing technological process and the sampling data studying. By the research to direction driving force theory, under the effect reaching train factors such as running speed , being unlike laden mass in diversity, direction driving force affects the varies conclusion to what train brings about. On the base of realization of monitoring system software and the theory of formation of the system, the software has been verified to be feasible by the fact that the data base procedure mates.The thesis has summarized the result of this test, and brought forward the deficiency finding that in system research .at last, the paper proposed author's advise and looking forward the future.
