Research On The Configuratition Of IED Used In Substation Based On IEC61850

EEC61850 is the newest standard about the substation automation system published by the International Electrotechnical Commission, it is used to unify the communication network system to improved the maintanceability,openability and extendability to realize the network and information age of the power system.The definition of abstract class and service is used in this standard, it is sepatate on the special protocol stack,realizing methods and operation system, this make the application is not realated to the communication.The modeling oriented object and ACSI(Abstract Communication Service Interface)is useful to realize the interoperatility and seamless communication intergration.Especially the SCL(Substation Configuration Language), it make the self-description of the IED(Intelligent Electrical Decive) become possible.The paper introduces the background and research status of IEC61850, represents the character,function hierarchy structure,the core technology and advantages of the standard. It discusses the work of configuration and the means to realize it through the configuration langurage, the content and the process of configuration.The description about the structure of IED,the structure of substation and the substation communication system is discussed by the language of XML Schema. The configuration of IED is discussed and the way how to use the XML Schema to implement the configuration of IED in substation through function description and data description in feeder protection device is represented, a suggestion that the building of data document followed the constraint document will be more appropriate is presented. Then the research about the model of feeder protection equipment used in traction substation is presented and realized from the aspects of logical physical device,common logical node,zero logical node,protection of distance. Taking the zone I distance protection logical node as the model and make a detailed analysis.At last, the configuration about this product is discussed and it will be useful to the development of the product.
