Research On IED Information Modeling And Communication Based On IEC61850

IEC61850brought signification development and improvement for substationautomation system, the perfect function and interoperability is widely recognized in theinternational and all kinds of application about it are developed very rapidly. Achievinginteroperability and information sharing is IEC61850’s ultimate goal, through consultinga number of literature, the key of achieving interoperability is that information model andinformation exchange method must to achieve unity, and the information model ofprecise definitions largely determines the information exchange method, therefore theinformation model and modeling method of equipment based on IEC61850is the corecontent for IEC61850standard.In this paper, first of all, by learning and researching for IEC61850, we deeplyunderstand the content and technical connotation of IEC61850standard, on the basis ofthe analysis of the present status of it, the application of IEC61850is extended to thefield of condition monitoring, the information model of reactor condition monitoring IEDis selected to research the modeling method, composition model of reactor conditionmonitoring IED is designed, the modeling method which is applicable to the reactorcondition monitoring IED is proposed and according this method the information modelof reactor condition monitoring IED is build. Secondly, according to the description ofestablished model by SCL, the ICD configuration file of model is achieved, and is testedon a static test of consistency, the test results show that the document fully meet the statictest requirements of IEC61850configuration file, it is effective and available; Finally thecommunication of condition monitoring IED is studied, the model of client and serverbased on MMS are designed, and the MMS communication platform is build to verifydeveloped client is able to be responded by server based on IEC61850,and it is meetIEC61850standard.
