Pipe is an important part of the aircraft hydraulic system,its reliability and security is an important guarantee for the flight safety of the aircraft and the successful completion of the mission.In order to avoid the pipe failure caused by the resonance of the pipeline and the aircraft power components and the body during the design of the hydraulic pipeline,not only do the analysis of natural vibration properties of the pipe and necessary change of the shape of the pipe,but also stabilize the vibration state of the pipe by installing a variety of clamps on the pipeline.Although the above optimization method has been used to reduce the vibration of the pipeline during the design and manufacture of the hydraulic pipe of the aircraft,but in fact,the failure of some pipes are still unavoidable because of excessive vibration.In this paper,an absorber based on particle damping technology is designed,which not only can effectively reduce the vibration of the pipe,but also can flexibly install in the limited assembly space.So this paper main contents are as follows:(1)Study on the energy loss mechanism of particle impact damping by using discrete element method,put forward the contact model between particles and particles,particles and structures,explain the energy loss process of particle impact damping by two factors of impact and friction between particles;(2)Vibration reduction tests have been carried out by using the pipeline absorbers based on particle impact damping which are Manufactured.Design experiments for three different absorbers,take the particle filling rate,the particle size and the internal unit structure as the main variables,take the natural property and vibration acceleration of the pipeline as the research object,prove the effectiveness and practicability of the pipe absorber;(3)Do the simulation analysis of the energy loss process of particle impact and friction by EDEM software,verify the effectiveness of the particle damper by comparing with tests,put forward the optimization design method.
