This subject researches the heat-supply regulating principle of Climate Compensator and Building Spot conditional regulating principle of Building Spot Controller.Climate compensator is a product which can save energy.According to the variation of outdoor temperature and the users' demand of indoor temperature at different moment, itcalculates the proper temperature of heating water refering to the fixed curve and controlsautomatically the regulating value and the heating flow of network outside,to materialize the automatic climate compensation of the heating water temperature and to save energy, which results from the indoor overheating.Building Spot Controller is also a product which can reduce the consumption of energy and ensure to meet the user's demand of heading. It can meet the different heating demands of different users at different period of time. For example,in daytime,to keep the calculated temperature;at night, to keep the certain temperature to prevent from freezing. It checks the outdoor temperature, the heating water temperature, return pipe temperature and the indoor temperature,in the mean while, installs the electric-30-30contacts-regulating valueonto the supply-return pipes in front of the building,in order to regulate the supply-returnwater flow by them.when the system's pressure and the users' load changes frequently,Building Spot Controllercan release the rest heating system pressure and regulate it to keep the indoor stable so as tomaterialize the balance and stability of waterpower.Climate compensator and Building Spot Controller, both of which are efficient energy-savingproduct,will have the great value and bring enormous profit.
