With the development of control system and computer technology, distributed control system and digital electro-hydraulic control system of steam turbine are widely applied in the control of power plant. The work that operators do in the production of the plant is getting less and less as the improvement of automation level. At the same time, whether some advanced control strategies are adopted in the real plant. These all become problems urgently needed to solve and study. The simulator not only has the same running pattern with the real plant, but also can enable to simulate the real operating environment accurately. Therefore using the simulator to train the operators can improve their skills, provide experiment platform for some control strategies and obtain the higher economic efficiency. So the control system simulation model of 100MW's fire power plant with the real plant is developed.As a part of the 100MW simulator control system of a DCS fire power plant, in this thesis the mathematical model of reflecting its function characteristic and each independent simulation module by using Block-Structure method and the platform based on the VCS3 are constructed. It realizes the same function as actual module. With the aid of these blocks, it is convenient and flexible to make up different kind of automatic-controlled simulating system and in order to accomplish different kind of automatic adjusting task.In this thesis the configuration of the CCS by using the advanced direct energy balance control strategy and the coordinated control of the boiler and turbine are finished, and the DEH module including the function of turbine reset, speed control, breaker online and power control are finished. Three independent control loops: power control and frequency control and valve control are adopted on control turbine of the normal condition and the start-stop condition.After the accomplishing of the control modeling, to validate the performance of the system, a series of load perturbation experiment and OPC over-speed experiment are made on the simulator. The results of these experiments indicate: the dynamic process responds quickly, the ability of rejecting disturbances is strong, and has proved that the strategy based on the DEB is correct. The control system model not only can reveal the dynamic characteristics of actual production process, but also can completely and accurately control by considering the load and speed demand to the plant and satisfy the request of the simulation training.
