According to statistic data supplied by safety monitoring department, two-thirs traffic accident have one second time from discovering sudden situation to actual accident.In this time,safety air-pocket opened only need several milliseconds.So we can ascribe the accident to low-response of safety and brake system. Therefore,ameliorating shortage on auto configuration,advancing reaction speed of auto brake system,it will be advance braking security .this paper study fancy is that electron induce brake pedal replace conventional brake pedal,research the brake system control rule by fuzzy control theory,predigest control tache,reduce braking lag time;controlling wheel slipping-rotating ratio, ensuring steer aspect stabilization and controlled when auto braking, it will be improve traffic security ,it will be produce better economy value and society benefit.In 2002, BOSCH used SBC on the new fangle of E car manufactured by MERCEDES-BENA AG. this paper research use for reference SBC system. In this paper,the dynamics model of vehicle was established and simulated. The input-output variable of slip ratio controller was analysed and various input variable was investigated.So the rule of control was built. Slip ratio fuzzy controller was designed by the method of fuzzy control.It was realized by Matlab software. Electronic brake pedal replaced traditional brake pedal. Monitoring signal was trated as the input of brake pedal fuzzy controller.The control rule of fuzzy controller of brake pedal acceleration was investigated and built. It was simulated by Matlab software.The fuzzy controller of turning brake was designed with steering wheel angular velocity as input.In the same time,the influence of cross force was considered when car turned off. It was simulated by Matlab software.The different brake deceleration was investigated when the braked car was unlike speed.The car-speed fuzzy controller was studied and designed with braked initial car-speed as input. It was simulated by Matlab software.Based on the Simulink dynamics model of vehicle and the Matlab fuzzy controller of various input variable,the Simulink model of SBC was established. Various input variable was analysed and combined simulated analyse was cayyied out.It was proved that brake safety was increased due to decrease intermediate process and shorten brake response time and braking length.
