In recent years along with progress about the digital image technology and the computer technology, the medical image technology develops rapidly, it is for the purpose of solving medical questions comprehensively include image capture, display, memory, transmission and management, its final assume is replacing the film by the digital image completely. At present in the markets the medical portable X-ray machine transformation enlargement cell is two side closer type of X-ray image intensifier, which output screen is biggish and may straightly observe image situation on the screen when X–ray traverse the tested sample. If add-on image lens behind the output screen, and connect output the screen with the CCD camera, it also might record the image; but this kind of structure which system size is long and the weight is also big. we connect the image intensifier output screen with the CCD camera photosensitive surface through the optical fiber taper directly, then it doesn't might only reduce the system size and the weight, but also might fetter the light beam inside the optical fiber taper to spread CCD, in order that reduce the loss of light energy and use the computer to carry on image processing, the analysis and the record, which cause the system to become the digitized imaging system, and expand this kind of medical portable X-ray machine function and the application.The paper firstly introduces composition of the portable medicine imaging system based on the optical fiber taper coupling, and theoretically analyzes optics coupling feasibility between image intensifier, the optical fiber taper and CCD, and demonstrates by experiment. I have analyzed a series of questions in the coupling process thoroughly, and proposed methods solving these question. Coupling craft is key research in this article. I have made discussion and analysis in detail that coupling preparation needs to pay attention as well as the coupling questions. I have designed X-ray machine high pressure circuit and control circuit; simultaneously designed the complete mechanical system assembly for system need. After the coupling system volume reduces greatly; the final image experiment result has proven that quality about imaging system is extremely good, the picture is very clear after the coupling, all which achieved research goal.
