The rotor dynamic balancing is very important in manufacture. A high-precision and high-reliability dynamic balancing equipment cooperating with high-efficiency balancing method and data processing method will obviously improve the balancing precision and efficiency, and bring enormous economy benefit.This thesis studys the generation of imbalance and its measurement method firstly, then researchs the key technologies of dynamic balancing measurement such as signal processing, design of system circuit and design of software. The main contents are as follows:1. To depict and measure the signal of dynamic in balance, the vibration characteristic caused by imbalance is analysed, and the realization method of dynamic balancing measurement to rigid rotors and flexible rotors using Influence coefficient method are studied, the several outline of test are also analysed , such as the choice of correction planes and measurement points.2. For precise solving the imbalance amplitude and phase in wide range of rotational speed, several methods as high-precision rotational speed measurement, fundamental frequency sampling, eliminating of pulse disturbance, quickly solving the spectrum at fundamental frequency, digital smooth filter, channel compensation and plane separation, calculating the imbalance amplitude and phase are studied deeply.3. In order to sample reliable fundamental frequency signal in the condition of lower signal to noise ratio, wide range of woking rotational speed and speed fluctuation, the circuits such as programmed amplifying, programmed integrating, tunable bandwidth following up filter, equal-angle sampling with outer triggering, phase-lock multi-frequency are studied deeply; a multichannel intelligence dynamic balancing measurement system making the computer as center is developed through technologies integration and adopting USB technology.4. In order to realize the control transmiting function of the USB chip and the solving and displaying functions of dynamic balancing measurement system, device dirver,firmware and application program based on EZ-USB chip are developed, the dynamic balancing software system which based on influence coefficient method is developed, can carry on the intelligence control to the system, high speed, high accuracy working-out the phase of imbalance mass.
