With the rapid development of industry,rotating machinery speed is becoming high-speed and large-scale to meet the needs,so the vibration caused by rotor unbalance becomes more significant,which is one of the biggest obstacles to the development of rotating machinery.It's important for us to study on Balancing High-speed Flexible Rotor.Unbalance data processing methods are researched.Four algorithms for extracting phase and amplitude including integral method,correlation method,DFT method and FFT method are analyzed.The correlation method is selected as the best method through the comparation of theoretical derivation and simulation experiments.Signal processing circuit for unbalance measurement is studied,especially the tracking fliter.The design of tracking filter based on modulated switching resistors is discussed and applicaion of tracking filter on measurement of vibration of rotors is given.The proposed method has a good band pass filter performance,is simple on the principle and can be realized easily.Finally,high-speed flexible rotor balancing algorithms are researched.Based on the modal algorithm and the influence coefficient algorithm,considering of two aspects of the balancing efficiency and vibration minimization,optimization algorithms including genetic algorithm based influence coefficient algorithm,general influence coefficient algorithm and unified balancing algorithm are put forward.The feasibility and superiority of the three algorithms are verified by simulation experiments.
