Raw Materials Work On RCC Performance In Project

The basic difference between RCC and normal concrete is that RCC is a kind of dry and stiff concrete and it's needed to be vibrated and rolling to achieve close-grained. The particularity of RCC is determined by the difference of construction method.To obtain expected effect, RCC must passed by examination, introduce in suitable raw materials and additives, using mix proportion in reason, which means that it must having gluey slurries and gravel with propriety proportion to satisfy the vibrator demanding, ensuring the concrete callous body having better close-grained and intensity, having enough anti-cracked and wearing capability. This paper's author has been engaged in examination of concrete raw material in irrigation works for a long term, experimentizing mass of raw material of RCC and concrete mix proportion, and describing RCC raw material in detail and practicality by systems analysis of relative tests, scientific research items and some data at present. It does ennrich the scope and depth of RCC raw material's research at present.Raw material includes cement, fly ash, sand, gravel and additive. The mineral component of cement take great effect to the intensity of RCC. MgO concrete utilizes the special delaying and micro-inflating capability of MgO to compensate the concrete's temperature distortion, prevent temperature crack. Mixing into raw silicon powder and polypropylene fibre make RCC being more anti-clash and grind, anti-crack, high close-grainded, better construction and economy ability. Fly ash takes influence in the anaphase intensity of RCC and it can reduce cement hydrate heat. The test of mix proportion has directly infection to RCC. This paper does a material analysis to RCC raw material through practical examinations, performs long term RCC performance investigate. It would take some effect on project practising.
