Computes the optimal flue gas oxygen content and designs combustion controller adopting Loop-shaping to achieve optimization, presents an optimal flue gas oxygen content partial differential equation which takes the minimization net coal consumption rate as the target. The optimal set value of flue gas oxygen content under different load in the variable operation condition of the power plant boiler can be ascertained. The calculation results of a 600MW turbine generator unit shows that through the optimization regulation of combustion control system based on the optimal set value of flue gas oxygen content, the net coal consumption rate of the power plant boiler can be effectively reduced. Aiming at the combustion control system, adopting Loop-shaping combined with H_∞control theory designs boiler combustion controller. Simulations show that the H_∞controller has good performance ever for processes with large delay, and is robust against the variation of process constants, Control quality to surpass PID controller obviously.
