Progressing unremittingly of society and developing at very hight speed of science and technology,is development and progress of power system to provide space and new technique means. on the other hand, also bring much negative influence to safety of the distribution network:because of the extensive application of 1 industrial equipments of adoption electric power technology and household-use electricity equipments, cause the power quality worsen gradually to the unsteady phenomenon of the distribution network is more and more serious.As the real-time monitor system of distribution has very important meaning which to know the real-time situation of ditribution network and to insure the safety of ditribution network. So, develop one kind to gather to measure to control and communication in the new power parameter monitor system, have a very high social and economic performance.The target of this topic is develop a kind of three-phase intelligence three-phase power parameters monitor system,which have funtions such programmable, automation to measure, the intelligence analysis, numerical communication etc. It make the process of neasure and datas analysis processing realization automation, reducing the artificial error, and the system can monitor real-timely the basic power quantity parameter such as three-phase voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, harmonics, THD, etc., analyse the station of distribution network.According to the actual request, this system first floor design adopts the DSP( TMS320VC5402) to be the CPU, the realization collects the data to carry on the processed function;The CPLD( EPM7128S) completes the whole logic control of system, simplifying the hardware design of the system and raising the stability; Design the UART on the first floor,It can composing the distribute real-time monitor system with the monitor computer, carry out the function which on-line monitor and analyze the power quality parameters.This paper consists of four parts as follow:firstly,this paper studies the d development present condition of domestic and international power parameter monitor system,and analyze the problem of the domestic power parameter monitor system existence, put forward the design target of this system; Secondly, this paper studies the digital signal processing thoeries of power parameter measure process; Again, introduces this monitor system hardware design,including modules which collect, process and correspond, giving parts of circuit diagram, and studied the hardware anti-interference design; Finally, introduces the system software design and the software flow chart, joined the anti- interference measure in software design.Initial test the result express that the system attains the reserved design target.
