At present the most important is the template wooden template, followed by the steel template in the various housing construction. The annual template for the construction of timber is about eight million cubic meters According to the statistics showed in China. And one of the laminated wood joinery wrenches and wrenches which is most of shrubs and trees in production. The felling of large shrub forest vegetation caused soil erosion mountain landslides and other major natural disasters . Therefore we have to use a lot of construction timber for a thorough transformation from a long-term interests and the people's livelihood. This paper studies how to use the precast concrete to replace the traditional template template and a study on a kind of template supporting which is simple assembly of the demolished building concrete structures in many occasions. In this paper, the technical point is to change the existing structure of concrete building construction, less use or non-use of wood and wood materials templates and use the precast concrete material of template.Precast concrete formwork is to cement as Binder, fine sand as filler,fiberglass (or other mineral wool material) for tensile material,the combination of cooked ground gypsum cement mortar. Mortar used in the special mold pouring into cement sheets. Concrete structure of the template is then combined with the surface roughening and grooving combining parts of the template and the template cutting and open enterprises, thus creating a template into precast concrete construction.Template quality assurance process is a very important element. The recognition and measurement formula,mixing time and materials,etc.,are very important craft procedure from the raw material selected. Only by ensuring the accuracy of these procedures can be effective quality assurance. Currently the construction of concrete structures in the field of architecture is to support the production of column,beam,and right after placing classification template scaffold boards and scaffolding to support the template. The bottom of the concrete formwork of the vertical beam supporting is the general use of wood up cones. The bottom of the template support is scaffold or the exclusive use of placing pipe scaffold in general and then laying pipes and wooden template,thereby completing the entire construction phase of the production project template. There is a lot of inadequacies in this construction of model.We should control the spacing of the support concrete formwork. because concrete is brittle materials template lateral pressure which led to cracking of concrete formwork. The force and deformation of the template of the cast-in-place concrete beams and columns is simulated in this paper. The greatest distance of the beam and column template appeared when gradually increased the distance between the templates and the template in the pouring. A harder linear model is adopted in the simulation of the template constitutive relations.
