With scientific and technological progress and urban construction sites to consider the needs of conservation, more and more high-rise and super high-rise structures are being built. Horizontal wind load is one of the main lateral load which high-rise and super high-rise structures suffered. It can result in structural damage, damage to people's lives, and even can result in severe property loss.When the structure is under the wind of the incoming flow, the structure will produce the along-wind statical response, along-wind, across-wind and torsional vibration. This paper only proposes the wind load model of the rectangular high-rise building whose length-width ratio is close to 1. The wind load model is established on the basis of the basic assumptions that the 3D dynamic wind loads is unrelated. The along-wind dynamic wind load is caused by along-wind wind turbulence, the across-wind dynamic wind load is caused by vortex interference. The ratio of across-wind turbulence in transverse dynamic load is very small, so it can be ignored. The torsional response occurred because the center of mass, rigidity and aerodynamic of the structure is not coincident, which could be ignored for symmetrical layout structure.The wind design requirements of the stiffness and comfort is often difficult to use conventional design method to meet. Therefore, these super high-rise structure designed with the wind vibration control method is very necessary.On the basis of the study achievements at home and abroad, the paper set international trade mansion as the project background and the ETABS structural analysis procedures, according to on the VED principle and random vibration theory, wind-induced vibration control method on the super high-rise structure is presented.Firstly, the study of the mechanical model. The three-dimensional finite element model is established, and it is condensed into M-dof interlamination structural model. The structural dynamic analysis is implemented by use of three-dimensional finite element model and M-dof interlamination structural model.By strict mathematical reasoning, the paper comes with along-wind and across-wind random response formula of super high-rise structure, and author programs relative calculating procedures, studied wind-induced vibration analysis method on the basis of random vibration theory deeply.VED principle is introduced, the optimal location of VED is selected on structure, the equivalent damping ratio of the viscoelastic dampers structure is calculated, the analysis of wind-induced vibration is processed, the control effects is compared from the calculated results of original structure, and the corresponding conclusions is drawed.Finally, the work in this paper is summarized and some conclusions about the study are drawn, besides, the further research problems are indicated.
