| Information technology is an important way to promote manufacture enterprise's development, witch has great implication to improve the general competition ability of enterprise and meet the requirements of various market changes. According to the real situation of domestic valve manufacturing enterprises, the current situation, trends and realization technology of manufacturing information system were analyzed. Using traditional mechanical product vale as researching object and combining current computer technologies, standardization technologies and management technologies, the researching project of application research of valve network manufacturing information system based on standards was put forward. The purpose of building manufacturing information system on the core of dynamic alliance was to realize resource share, scientific management and collaborative manufacturing.In the thesis, the real management and production situation of valve manufacturing enterprises was studied. The theories and methods of building valve manufacturing information system under network environment were described. The design scheme of building manufacturing information system based on standards was put forward. The design scheme included: Analyze the real design, manufacture and management processes of valve. Find and research the structure of management and production, basic data, industry and product standards etc; Use quality management system ISO 9001 as management framework, consider real operation procedures, combine management system with detail product standards to realize the standardization of management, workflow of product design and manufacturing etc; According to the methods and steps of software engineering conduct standardized development. Such as use standard modeling tool UML conduct system modeling, finish the design and modeling of engineering database, realize various functions of collaborative manufacturing through JSP technology in B/S structure etc.Through researching this project, the platform structure building for valve manufacturing information system and key models development were realized. The applications of various standard technologies in valve manufacturing information system were realized. The problems such as hard standardization of valve manufacturing information management, not sufficient utilization of enterprise resources etc were solved. Some helpful explore of manufacturing information system such as specialization and standardization were conducted. Moreover, the function extension of manufacturing information system's future development was discussed. The potential technologies and realization methods were analyzed. Some helpful references for further research of the manufacturing information system were provided. |
