Garbage power is the process of power generation using the heat of burning garbage to generate electricity power. It's a very important method to realize the Harmless,Waste reduction, Resource saving of garbage processing.Normally in a garbage power plant, ventilators and water pumps are widely used in power generation system .So the critical part of reducing power expense is to lowering down the ventilators'and pump's power level. There are normally several options in lowering down pump and ventilators'power expense level, including reducing operation time, using devices with high efficiency, reducing flow resistance in piping system. Among all the solutions as above, the way of reducing air resistance is a good way. However, in China, the most common way of flow regulation is gate valve-control. In other words, the cost of flow reduction is the extra resistance in air/liquid piping system which means the pumps and ventilators are operating with less efficiency. And this is followed by the loss of power for flow regulation or limitation. Comparatively, RPM regulation of motors is a smart way to control flow of liquid or air without increase of piping resistance. There are 2 typical ways of RPM regulation: mechanical drive regulation and electric control regulation. Electric RPM regulation shows overwhelming advantages in the respect of performance and auto operation. Further speaking, Frequency Conversion Velocity Modulation Technology is the best solution among server types of electric RPM regulation, for it shows the best continuity, widest range of speed regulation and. So Frequency Conversion Velocity Modulation Technology is regarded as the best way of saving power expense of pumps and ventilators while controlling the water and air flow in piping system.In the fist part of this thesis, the author introduced the basic theories of Frequency Conversion Velocity Modulation Technology. In the next unit, the author introduced the operation properties and power saving possibilities and effects of each kind of device. Then the author made a study which focus on the mathematics model of asynchronous motors, namely, and how it works under three different conditions: two-phase rotary coordinate system, two phase immobile coordinate system, two phase synchronized coordinate system, and also studied the working theory of Vector Conversion system. A computer simulation model is created by the Simulink software to describe the vector-controlled opened loop speed regulation system. The model verified the good dynamic properties such as of vector-control system through the simulation to induction motors properties under three circumstances: at the RPM of 120 R/MIN and under a sudden acceleration, sudden added load. The dynamic properties, includes transient response ability, anti-interfere ability, and over load ability. The results of simulation are the same as real lab test.The output of the study is applied in real practice, namely contributed to the design frame work of the frequency conversion speed regulation circuit, and the choosing of inverter. The author also programmed for the PLC controlling circuit, offer a description of the application performance of Frequency Conversion Velocity Modulation Technology.At last the author analyzed the existing problems in the application of inverter speed regulation system in Shun Neng Garbage Power plant and proposed some brief and effective solutions.The Garbage Power generation is still a new technology in China and a blank in our Hunan province. Thus the study against the Technology of Speed Adjustment by Frequency Conversion's application in Garbage power plant would be a good reference for this industry in China.
