The Study On The Effect Of Resident Planning Cells On Urban Space Form In Hills Cities

Hills cities are the important types of the cities in our country. The construction of hills cities will impact directly on the society economy development in the entire hills area even countrywide. In the impulse of the rapid development in urbanism and the realty build, how can hills cities keep their urban space form characteristic, and how can they control the size and model of the urban development have become the main problem in planning study.This thesis takes the residential land which holds the biggest proportion in the urban land as the studying object and takes the view of urban space form. The concept of planning cell is introduced in the thesis. The thesis uses the Cell Biology principle to analyze the effect of the resident planning cells on urban space form in Hills Cities. It discusses how to make use of the resident planning cells to control the development of hills cities ineffectively and lead the change of urban space form into an appropriate way. It also discusses how to form a characteristic urban space form of the hills cities own.The whole thesis is made up of 5 parts: Part I mostly expatiates the origin of the thesis, and the background and significance of the study. It ordains the correlative concept and the studying methods, and it draws the studying frame as well. Part II is the study on the epistemology layer. It mainly analyzes the correlative element of the urban space form in the hills cities and the basal attribute of the planning cell. Besides it analyzes the effect of the resident planning cells on the urban space form from macroscopic, mediscopic and microscopic views. This part is the innovative point of the thesis. Part III is the study on the methodology layer. It mainly analyzes the constitution of the befitting model of resident planning cells in the hills cities. Part IV is the study on the practice layer. It discusses how the resident planning cells operate in the urban planning system on the controlling and guide effect on the urban space form in the hills cities. Part V is the conclusion part. It summarizes the study production of the thesis. The part III and IV are the main achievement parts of the thesis.The thesis starts from the building of the resident planning cells concept, and tries to find out the theories and methods of making use of planning cells to control the building of hills cities. It also puts forward the proposition to the actual planning system. It is hoped that the study of this thesis will help to the consummate the theory in building the hills cities.
