The technique of Electronic transformers and its interface is the hotspot of the research both here and abroad. It will brought big change to the technique of the protect and test control of microcomputer in 21 century. The thesis have important academic meaning and apply worth.In this thesis, the principle of electronic transformers also the research and development in domestic and international are introduced firstly, then the digital output's criterion is analyzed and the technique demand of digital interface is definite.. Based on this, two parts of digital interface which is data acquisition in high-pressure side and merging unit are designed in hardware-software. Data acquisition can be divided into two parts, signal sampling and adjusting part and analog controlling part. The first side uses ADE7759 to digital rebuild to the analog of the primary side'current and voltage . The second part designs a project of using FPGA to control the ADE7759 and coding the sampled data, the transmit the data through optical fiber. This paper summarized the sampling arithmetic of current and voltage, and introduced the realization of them in computer. Based on IEC60044-8 , this paper bring forward a project of using FPGA combine with DSP to design the Merging unit . the design used FPGA to recover the data which transmit from the primary side , and holding the sampling parts'synchronization, and using the DSP to process the data. The paper intrduced the data-fitering arithmetic, mean effective value arithmetic, phase angle arithmetic, then aiming at the phase error of the ET ,bring forward a arithmetic of phase retrieval. At last based on IEC61850-9-1, designing the data-out module of Merging unit.The returns of this thesis have worth in apply ,and establish the base of the furture reseach of technique in leading edge.
