The variable frequency converter has the advantages of low cost, hige efficient and matters the safety and reliability index of the whole system. With the widly use of it in the industry automatic area, the measurement of the parameters of it is more and more important. So it becomes significant to make research on measuring them.After surveying and studying the domestic and international research's current situation and application technology, and based on the working principle and output character, we advance the overall design scheme. As the output range of the variable frequency equipment is wide and changing fast, and most of the electrical parameter measuring devices is designed in view of the industry frequency, so we adopt the high speed DSP and some algorithm to improve it.First, we provide the international standard of electrical parameter measuring as the basis of the theory, then centre on analyzing how to measure the frequency with the Hilbert conversion. In order to filter the harmonic, precisely measure the frequency and check the correctness of the algorithm, we build the FIR filter model and simulate it in Matlab. Then we use Labview to measure other parameters on PC which has fast and ocular character as analyzing software.On the foundation of analyzing the theory and simulation, we designed the control system with TMS320F2812. With the scheme we introduced the working principle,then we put emphasis on the cpld time order control and gave the VHDL design procedure and simulation result. In the end, we designed the software and analyzed the procedure of each part which have mutual relation of each model and have good extension and transplant charatoristics.
