In the development of the application for the high-rise building structure nowadays, as a common construction style, the shear wall structure has the important theoretical and practical meaning in the research of the seismic performance and effective factors. The research of the frame shear wall structure system safety performance has been increasingly improved, however the study of the interaction between the structure internal components, seismic behavior and the dynamic property is not very sufficient.In this paper, a conference center of the research institute and scientific research center engineering structure model as the study objects are analyzed to research the structure of the seismic response by applying satwe, pmsap and tat etc. finite elementary software. At first the natural frequency, seismic response spectra and the time-history of the frame structure and the frame shear wall structure are analyzed respectively, according to these factors, which effect the structural dynamic behavior, the natural frequency and vibration change rule of the structure are considered, and the general change rule of floor displacement, displacement angle, displacement ratio in the earthquake response of the structure are researched and concluded. Then the influence of the calculated results which obtained by the software based on different stem simplified principle are compared and analyzed.Based on the original frame shear wall structure model, the high-rise structure model is built up by changing the bottom layer height, each floor layer height and the sectional area of the frame column bottom, analysis of the changing rule of the mechanic characteristics, which include the factors such as horizontal displacement of the structure, displacement angle, ranging frequency, shear-weight ratio, rigidity-to-gravity ratio, under the different situation. Concluded the influence of the bottom layer height, each floor layer height and the sectional area to the seismic performance of the high-rise structure, supplied the referential data to the analysis of the high-rise structure.
