As one of the key industries, process industry occupies dominant position in national economy. In the production process, integrating real-time data for production device plays a very important role in preserving production operation status steady, controlling production cost, and improving economic benefit. However, due to historical and technological reasons, there are many different types of production devices in manufacturers or standards in process industry, which brings a problem of heterogeneous real-time data integration of entire enterprise. Therefore, research on heterogeneous real-time data integration method for production devices has theory significance and the practical application value.Based on analyzing present situation of integration methods of heterogeneous data sources, in this thesis, the current methods of data-integration are classified and a new distributed architecture of real-time data integration is presented; XML is applied to unify data access interface; XML-RL structure is expanded based on study of real-time constrain facing application and Hash-AVL tree is adopted to describe production data to improve the real-time performance of data-access; UML is utilized in modeling data-integration system to present design of function and mechanism of platform; system is applied in production monitoring system of one petrochemical enterprise to confirm feasibility and the rationality of this method.Experimental results show that the method of real-time data integration can integrate heterogeneous real-time data and meet the demands of process industry. The value of real-time production data can be embodied abundantly through further expanded application on the platform. A new way is provided in solving current problem of heterogeneous data integration of devices in process industry.
