Since the 20th century, the population has greatly increased, the speed of urbanism is faster and faster. The construction of residential district has a unprecedented growth. After the reforming and opening in China, the scale of residential construction has got a great achievements in the past 20 years. Meanwhile, the architecture localism style of many areas was vanished. Although the residential architecture has a various development with no limits of localism style, but the trend is only focused on the shape of the building, rather than exploring the localism identity approach. Aimed at the new wave of"Chinese Style"in the new projects, by means of analysis through the relevant theory and samples, provide a scientific concept of regionalization, a series of integrated expression ways for regionalization, and exploring the strategy for regionalized residential architecture creation commercial environment.Chapter One: Prolegomenon, depict the cause and research object, and confirm the method target and content.Chapter Two: Introduce the relevant theory of localism and discuss about the theories and the exploration abroad in this field. Understanding of the successful architecture case to sum up the feature in design.Chapter Three: Introduce the"Chinese Style"phenomena. Analyzing the cause of the developments of"Chinese Style".Make compare between"Chinese Style"projects and the traditional residences, to find out approaches between them.Chapter Four: Analyzing a series of integrated expression ways for regionalization, which used in"Chinese Style"projects,Chapter Five: Dissertate the problem and challenge in regionalization, and exploring the strategy for regionalized residential architecture creation commercial environment. Discuss the attitude about localism, and then point out the scientific concept of regionalization.Chapter Six: Conclusion.
