Mechanical transmission is the most common application of the transmission plant and one of the important components of machinery. With the development of science, advances in technology, people on product performance and product quality's requirements become higher and more stringent. The test-bed of mechanical transmission is an experimental platform used to comprehensively test the capabilities of transmissions. It can provide true and general design gist for the development of mechanical transmissions and parts and verify the function and performance of the final products, it is a multifunctional device.The testing and analysis of Mechanical transmission system's performance and life provides reliable scientific evidence for product design and quality evaluation, shortens product development cycles and increases product quality, suits for product's small quantity and variety of trends. So the mechanical transmission system test bed technology related research is of particular significance. The topic of mechanical transmission test-bed system is studied in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the typical mechanical transmission test bed structure, the status quo of mechanical transmission test and it's measurement and control system. Then in light of the actual conditions establishes the DC Power closed mechanical transmission test.The content of experiments of the mechanical transmission test bed, the purpose and method of various experiments is researched and analyzed. And against the original test-bed system of the existence of some shortcomings, a reconstructive scheme to simplify the operation of experiments is proposed.The technology of servo control system, dynamic link library, speed torque sensor, VC + + serial communications related to the above scheme is researched and analyzed. A friendly interface, complete functional test-bed control software is developed integrated these technologies and the actual situation test bed. The control software based on the currently most common operating system-Windows is developed by Visual C + + 6.0. With the object-oriented and visual design methods, improve the efficiency of the development. The interface of the system is intuitive and easy to use, and provides online help for each of the experiment project.Finally, each of the filtering reducer various performances are tested on the test-bed, and the test results are analyzed.After certification application example, the test-bed can be completed the mechanical transmission device's basic efficiency test, overloading test, driving accuracy test, starting torque testing, return stroke error test, response process test, and torsion stiffness and return stroke error test. Test results show that the mechanical transmission test measurement and control system design is feasible. The system simplifies the testing operation, increasing the overall test system accuracy.
