Currently in Chinese retail gas stations,Management System is independent and isolated.It can't share it's information of accommodate and consumption of oil product with other domestic stations.It's difficult to monitor in purchase,distribution and store of oil product,so the status in stealing,leak,volatilization of oil product and orientation of capital flow and management of payment for goods is hard to control.There was limited purchasing choice for equipment and systems because of the cost of integrating solutions from different vendors,who rarely wished to co-operate. Consequently retail automation projects suffered from high cost and time over-runs.For settling those problems,this paper designs a forecourt controller(FCC),trying to manage forecourt devices under a universal standard and to record, track and monitor the oil tradement.FCC is a virtal stational device in Country's oil retail network System.FCC based on high functional CPU:Intel Xscale IXP-422 266Mhz RISC CPU ,has rich peripheral and high performance of communication.It adopts industrial embedded system design which complies with revelant EMC of devices of service station,so it can work well under strict enviroment.A modified Linux OS which the FCC programs runs on this platform,is stable,safe , reliable and protects system from collapse.FCC includes three parts: the realization of forecourt controller protocol based on IFSF; the implemention of IC card dispenser protocol and conversion IFSF protocol; management system design based on embedded dynamic WEB. FCC suports IFSF and IC card dispenser protocol,and gives a conversion between them,so devices based on those two protocols can be co-operated each other.Through the embedded dynamic WEB, it will be possible to configure, monitor and control forecourt devices from remote PC.The originals of this paper is summarized as following: it is a novel project of intelligent forecourt controller in oil retail network, and a new method of on-line configure and management based on embedded dynamic WEB, and also a communication mean based on IFSF that supports Store-Forward function to manage data efficiently.This paper completed the design and test of IFSF based on TCP/IP, and validated its effectiveness. Also the inner mechanism of embedded dynamic WEB is established and implemented. it is implemented to the module of conversion between dispenser protocol and IFSF.
