This paper concentrates in the distribution network high-tension transmission lines, studies the theory from the actual instance of management of the distribution network high-tension transmission line. At the same time , This paper analyzes and studies the system with the computer technology , such as the object-oriented theory and the technology(object- oriented programming ,design pattern , STL and so on), constructs the 3-D class library of the distribution network parts ,and achievies the simulation of topology map of distribution network by the use of the technology of virtual realism and arithmetic of LOD. As a result , this paper achievies the function of geographic information system. Adding the function of geographic information system in management of equipment of electric communication network, makes the electric communication network be drawn on the background map of geographic , and makes the distributing of electric lines and equipment be clear at a glance , and make the recording of the attribute data and image data of all kinds of electric equipment be easy .And the system could share with and deal with the the attribute data and image data.3-D visualization of geographical feature information can come true by the use of virtual reality technology. It is very important for achieving 3-D electric geographical information system. By the use of object simulating technology and image real time composing technology, achieving the 3-D physic simulating of electric transmission lines, electric equipment and power distribution station in the 3-D electric geographical information system.Object- oriented technology could descript objects in the objective world and relationship in the objects directly. Topology map of distribution network is tree-structured,and transformer substation is the root node in the map. Pole in the lines is the node in this line,and may be the root node in other lines. Based on this tree-relationship, class library of electric power component in the distribution network is constructed by the composite design pattern. Iterator is designed for visiting the object of the node-class by the Iterator designpattern,and the lterator is binded with the list container. The list container is ergodiced by the function in the lterator.
