Under the function of transportation load and natural environment factor, property ofasphalt pavement deteriorates gradually owing to asphalt aging, aggregate fining and pavementstructure change, which even influences traffic safety seriously. Therefore, asphalt pavementneeds to repair in large-scale even repaves wholly after using a long time, which will bringlarge numbers of waste asphalt mixture. Therefore, it will have huge economic socialefficiency to regenerate the waste asphalt mixture.Ingredient analysis and recycling project, proportion design, temperature stability test,water stability test and additives choice of recycling asphalt mixture were studied in the paper.JY additives that developed by Transportation Science Institute of Liaoning Province wasquoted in the study of additives in the paper. And its recycling effect and anti-agedperformance were proved to be good through lots of test. With the proportion of twenty percent,forty percent and sixty percent of used asphalt mixture, Marshall test, the rutting test, frozensplitting test, low temperature splitting test were studied through recycling test of used asphaltmixture with JY additives. Test result indicated that recycling asphalt mixture can meet thetechnical criterion of ordinary hot mix asphalt mixture used in high-class highway when theutilization ratio of used asphalt mixture were twenty percent and forty percent, while theutilization ratio of used asphalt mixture were sixty percent, recycling asphalt mixture can beused in low-class highway.
