Movable tooth drive is a new type of few teeth difference planetary gear drive, that is used to transmit rotary motion and power between two shaves with same axis. It brings several advantages, such as, novel and compact configuration; large speed reduction rate; many teeth meshing and high-powered drive efficiency etc.Existing results mainly deal with one tooth different movable tooth drive. As well as being with the advantages that one tooth different movable tooth drive has, cam aroses wave movable tooth transmission (CAWMTT) also has particularly configuration characteristics. Because of the cam disk has symmetrical configuration and balanceable height, working loads can be killed, which makes it holding several specialties. For instance, its speed rate is broader and it's easier to make miniaturization manufacture comes true etc. Main work of the paper is to analyze theory both of CAWMTT, then design and manufacture correlative devices.Paper is educed by introducing sorts and traits of movable tooth drive, then it illuminates structure of Rolling-CAWMTT and Swing-CAWMTT with two teeth difference, analyzes their transmission principle, solves the freedom tolerance and speed ratio.Synthetically analyze two kinds of CAWMTT tooth profile. Build a profile forming reference frame used for equal framework. Educe the academic equations for center inner gear and cam of CAWMTT by a new way, and through meshing principle get the actual profile equations. Then give exact examples and also draw their numerical graphics. Analyze the center inner gear profile's changes on related parameters, and calculate its profile curvature, get hold of the necessary condition on avoiding profile intervened.Meshing force of CAWMTT is discussed and analyzed. Based on transmission principle, build the"meshing state geometry model". On the basis of deformation coordinative conditions which take micro-displacement of movable tooth as a foundation, a mechanics model is established under a perfect state. The arithmetic is deduced and examples are given to proven these above, which basically brings forth the current of the engagement force bearing,Inner gear profile modification of Rolling-CAWMTT is analyzed. Refer to meshing force results, introduce 4 single parameter modification modes, and advance 2 compounded profile modification ways, get the logical profile finally.Design the structure of CAWMTT. Propose 2 transmission configurations, show the integer idea and design steps. Simulate compounded Rolling-DAWMTT set's design and assemblage, and simulate machining the main parts. Ultimately draw the detailed project blueprints for 2 vested devices, and then manufacture the set.
