In construction of PC beam bridge, cantilever job placed concrete is widely used,this method is adapted for different span box beam bridges. As a main equipment of cantilever job placed concrete, hung basket becomes more reasonable in structure, lighter in weight, stronger in angular rigidity, and its displacement is small, simultaneously, elevation error is existing at all times of hung basket construction of cantilever job placed concrete. In order to construct good bridge,the problem of construction error control must be solved.In this paper, the main error in construction of PC beam bridge is analyzed and classed. Using non-liner limited unit and construction simulated time change analyses and so on, we carefully studied origin, mechanism and influence extent of construction error. Based on modern engineering control theory, computer and hydraulic pressure technology, construction error is tested, treated and analyzed automatically to control error best.A computer automatic control system of construction has been studied; this system can test error at any moment. Control center set off order, error was controlled by automatic hydraulic pressure system, and it can also control height of precamber.In construction of Yanhong Bridge in Qinhuangdao city, applying the production, the largest elevation error on cantilever end is less than 3cm; relative error is 0.7cm in join of the two sections of a bridge, meeting the demands of design.
