Reinforced concrete frame structure is widely used in engineering practices for its advantages of flexibility,light self-weight,saving material and easy combination with architectural layout,and has become the most common building structure.However,the state of the completion structure and the theoretical design may have a certain deviation due to the influence of many factors on the construction process.According to the statistics,the structural failure is caused by construction error and inherent probabilistic variation of the structural performance,and the former often occupies a larger proportion.Researching the reliability of building structure under the consideration of randomized construction error and controlling the construction error which has great impact on reliability are not only beneficial to improve the initiative of construction quality control,but also very important to ensure reliable performance required for building structure.The reinforced concrete frame structure was taken as research object in this article.In the basis of actual statistic data of some pre-existing common construction error,the reliability theory was introduced;and the reliability of structure under the construction errors was studied by ANSYS from two aspects of components and system structures.The main work contents were as follows:(1)On the basis of three probability design methods which are Monte Carlo simulation technology,response surface method and first order second moment method,the reliability of a simple steel frame structure was calculated.And Then,the results were compared to verify the effectiveness and feasibility.(2)On the basis of summarizing variables regularities related to construction error,reliabilities of frame structure components were calculated with hybrid simulation method and compared in conditions of whether to taking construction error into consideration,which quantitatively verified the necessity of considering construction error into reliability calculation.Then,we separately analyzed the reliability when the component was failure under various construction errors.Finally,the sensitivity of structural reliability was analyzed to get the influence of construction error on the reliability of reinforced concrete members.(3)Referring to other papers,we put forward a basic method for the calculation of system reliability.Taking story drift angle as the response value and construction quality related to variables which have a great effect on reliability as the random variable,the system reliability and sensitivity parameters of RC frame structure under frequent earthquake were researched.By adopting parametric analysis to each variable and adjusting construction error limit,Monte Carlo simulation was adopted to gain structure reliability in different deviation limit.Then we draw out the relation curve of construction error limits and reliabilities,and put forward a recommended value suitable for the acceptance of construction quality.(4)Because of the importance of Fabricated Frame Structure Nodes connection,we took different height and span of prestressed concrete frame with beam-column subassemblages structure as the research objects.By defining the node initial defect reduction factor X of joints,which can be used for obtaining the structure reliability under different reduction factor,we quantified the effect of stiffness degradation caused by node quality defects on the structure reliability.
