To enrich the Enning Street's cultural connotation, we are supposed to depend on the interpretation, construction and load of the"organically renovated"environmental arts, the dynamic and live living styles. The author expects the newborn Enning block can prove that: the study from the scientific theory to practice, and back to scientific theory again, can benefit the protection, revival, and reconstruction of the historical block.
