Therefore, the development of the subway has the great significance for solving the city traffic problems, optimizing the urban structure, solving a great deal of economic and social contradictions faced in city's development, stimulating the economic growth, and realizing the sustainable development of the city,The development of the subway all over the world shows that it is related to its relevant technological and economic policy, and the pattern of the land utilization. The urban subway of our country has already entered fast developing stage now, while holding the opportunity, developing fast, the research work on the comprehensive utilization of the ground and underground space along the subway is also imminent, at the same time, with the fast development of urban economy and improvement of the urbanization level, it puts forward high requirement to optimizing the relationship between the urban track traffic planning , urban space development and the land utilization.Through the research of the domestic and foreign relevant cases, the thesis summarizes "the pearl pattern of the land utilization", "the TOD pattern of the land utilization leaded by the public traffic" and "the intensification pattern of land utilization" to establish the theory frame of land utilization along the route in Harbin; through the basic research of the land utilization in the scope of one kilometer along the route, from the present situation of the land utilization, the thesis outlines the nature of the land and the building density, evaluates the harmonization of the land utilization and the potential of the land exploitation, then proposes the utilization strategy of the land of every district along the route and carries on the concept design to the important station, in order to establish a compact community which takes the subway station as the core, has the convenient traffic, beautiful environments, sustainable development. |
