| In this paper, researched an automatic mixing-gas equipment based on IPC (Industrial Personal Computer). To meet the country standard, we can use automatic mixing-gas equipments to produce the gas with the same parameter to the local so that we can use the gas to test fire-gas equipment's capability. The core of system is IPC and it use PCL-818L,exact press sensor,SMC's pneumatic components to measure and control each gas. The gas's parameter must be meet the country standard.First, this paper researched the automatic mixing-gas equipment on the whole and introduced the system's framework,the calculation of fired-gas's parameter,the theory reason of system. Then introduced the design of hardware and software of system. On the hardware way this paper introduced the choose of IPC,the use of PCL-818L,the control of solenoid and proportional valve and so on. On the software way achieved the programme of PCL-818L,the application of multimedia timer and so on. These design can make the functions of this system more complete. In the end, some summarization and prospect has been given. |
