Research On Performance And Testing System Of Electromagnet

This paper is a factual object base on the cooperation between my graduate school and an electromagnet factory, and final complete the product from the design to manufacture.Dynamic Performance of Electromagnet needs to be tested by hand for a long time. So the testing efficiency is low and it is prone to be affected by artificialness. Now, automation technology has been applied to more and more factories. The Electromagnet test system will also realize auto-test by computer in the future. The test system researched in this paper is developed for a company. It will realize auto-test, improve the efficiency in testing electromagnet performance and make the testing data more precise than before.This testing system for static and dynamic performance of electromagnet contains testing main body and computer detecting. The core of this system is PCL-818L data acquisition card. Link with sensor to measure the signal of strength and displacement. Acquire to the curve of static and dynamic performance of electromagnet, and realize to print. This system has a very good opening characteristic, meet to different electromagnet. It is a kind of guarantee to the research of new electromagnet.Practical static and dynamic mathematic models of electromagnet are provided in this paper. The static model is of advantage to the structure, mechanism design and parameter optimization of electromagnet, the dynamic model is applied in the research of electromagnet dynamic character and EDU development.In this paper, I introduce a special drive made by myself-Multifunction power box, which include tunableness DC switch power supply and the technique of voltage regulation; and I introduce an AWG, which is one of the indispensable for this system.In addition, base on old designs to plan a testing system contain multi-parameter. Ground on electronic current, force and displacement, a mechatronic static performance test system of electromagnet is designed and developed. The design project, system structure, select of components, design of hardware and software are proposed. Base on Visual Basic, successfully finished software design and some program works on testing system for static and dynamic performance of electromagnet.Besides, summarized upon study and research, so as to leave a reference for future's study and research; at the same time, it is the strong base on the followed work.
