As an indispensable travel tool in the future,the development of new energy vehicles has been incorporated into China’s important strategic planning,and the large-scale construction of supporting charging facilities has become an inevitable trend.In the future,China’s charging infrastructure construction market will reach a trillion yuan scale.With a large number of constructions and popularization of charging facilities,the importance of accurate measurement of charging facilities is becoming increasingly prominent.The accuracy of charging measurement is related to the practical interests of charging users,and more related to the national plan of popularization and application of electric vehicles.In order to ensure the fairness and justice of charging service,the state Market Supervision Bureau has listed the AC and DC charging facilities in the compulsory verification catalogue.It is necessary to carry out the compulsory verification of AC and DC charging facilities according to the verification regulations.At the same time,facing the management of such a large number of electric vehicle charging facilities,it also needs more intelligent information management means.In view of the above problems,based on the research of electric vehicle DC charging facilities electric energy measurement information acquisition technology,this paper designs a set of electric vehicle DC charging facilities electric energy measurement information online acquisition system.For this purpose,a DC energy measurement and acquisition device based on time synchronization is specially developed.The clock of the device is synchronized by GPS / Bei Dou module,which is compatible with the relay function and measurement function of traditional AC concentrator,and can collect the electric energy measurement information of DC charging facilities.A set of power consumption information collection platform for DC charging facilities with remote real-time monitoring and data acquisition function is developed to provide better charging service for electric vehicle users.The DC energy measurement and acquisition device based on time synchronization developed in this project has been verified by Hunan Institute of measurement and detection,and its measurement accuracy level reaches 0.2,which can sample the DC signal with a maximum frequency of 6.4khz.The power consumption information collection platform of DC charging facilities is qualified by Shandong software evaluation center.It can not only remotely monitor the measurement data of DC charging facilities’ electric energy measuring instruments in real time,monitor the load change of electric vehicles during charging,but also has the function of real-time measurement error online detection of DC energy meter and shunt in charging facilities,greatly reducing the cost of on-site detection Power,material resources.The whole collection system has been applied in Jiangxi Electric Power Research Institute and Changbei Park of Jiangxi power supply service management center,and the functional test results meet the corresponding requirements.
