In recent years, with the development of aeronautical science and technology,the aero-engine digital control system has been continuously developed and improved. Since the MIL-STD-1553B bus interface control module plays a key role in the realization of aeroengine digital control system, its design is quite important. MIL-STD-1553B, the America military data bus standard, is a more popular avionic bus satandard in the world. With the high reliability and agility, the multiplex transmission bus is widely applied in aeroplane, warship and tank. The key to the 1553B bus system is to design 1553B data bus interface controller chip. At present, the chip products are manufactured overseas on the whole.A few companies control the key technology. Consequently it's necessary to design and produce the bus interface control module in development of the new aero-engine digital control system.After studying the MIL-STD-1553B protocol and design of foreign bus interface controller product, this paper puts forward a project of designing the whole interface control module based on domestic chip and also gives the design and simulation of the important modules. The project brings forward a new kind of system structure based on SOC technology, which is an advanced technology in IC design. This paper discusses how to design and implement MIL-STD-1553B bus interface control module, which adopt EDA an FPGA, and implement communication system based on 1553B finally. The content of interface control module includes design of hardware circuit and software program. The CPU is controled by a microcontroller DSP; function of the circuit logic, distribution of the hardware resource and r/w scheduling of each processor is realized by FPGA; 1553B data bus protocol is achieved by a protocol processor JM1553B BCRTM and a data transceiver JM763M125; in addition, there is some design about the periphery circuit and the power module. Language C is adopted in the section of DSP, while language VHDL is used in the FPGA portion.After the testing of the important modules and the whole interface control module, the project is prived to be right, and to be prepared for the realization of interface control module of aero-engine digital control system based on 1553B bus.
