With the high speed development of aeronautical science and technology, Full Authority Digital Engine Control(FADEC) is becoming the main trend of the development in the engine control system. Between the systems, safe and reliable data and information to build high-speed transmission networks are becoming more important. MIL-STD-1553 B bus is a more popular avionic bus standard in the world. It can be used between the engine control systems and other avionics.Digital electronic controller designed in this paper using the CPU+FPGA architecture, TMS320F2812 digital s ignal processor as the core is responsible for processing and operation,FPGA is responsible for the management of external equipment and logic, and the BU-61580 is the core controller of MIL-STD-1553 B bus interface. This paper introduces the design of digital electronic controller hardware circuit, and the structure of the underlying BU-61580 chip driver and control software.Finally, using the standard test equipment with 1553 B card to test the digital electronic controller of 1553 B bus communication. Des ign verification is presented in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
