The Application Of Software EWB In The Course Of Electrician Basis

Vocational Education is an important part of Modern Education System. Thepurpose of Vocational Education is to train people to be with all kinds of abilitiesand good at some fields. But the traditional teaching models cannot make itsuccessfully any more. The development of Information Technology starts theModern Education Revolution and fulfills the expectation. For making the purposewell-done, Vocational Education should absorb the advantages of InformationTechnology and develop some new teaching models.Electronics Workbench (EWB for short afterwards), imitative software, whichis produced by Interactive Image Technologies, is quite suitable for the students invocational school because of its complete functions on Circuit Design and CircuitTest, and meanwhile it is cheap in price and easy to learn. Electronics Workbenchshould be the best choice to be used in vocational school. Our article points outthe limitation in present Vocational Education based on creating students'abilities, and expounds the intentions with great meaning in introducing EWB intoelectrician course from the view of IITC (Integrating Information Technology intothe Curriculum) This paper is supported by one year teaching experience. Practice goes aftertheory sometimes. So we provide in details how education theories, help and guidethe practice in learning. After all, the article explains every detail during theteaching steps from medium picking, teaching plan design, class organization,teaching skills and study evaluation by real teaching example presentation.Finally, it will be realized completely and clearly that EWB will provide thevocational school a new way which is called Problem Solving to make sense in thecourse Electrician Basis learning. What's more, this article develops furtherthoughts of creating students' abilities and spreading their study.
