Vocational education is the creation of productivity,productivity promotion,service industry construction,is the foundation of industrial development.The development of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation and the prosperity of the people all require modern industry,and to achieve modernization,the improvement of the quality of the industrial population is an inescapable point.Therefore,vocational education is needed to train skilled and qualified workers at all levels.The educational concept of OBE(Outcome-based Education),also known as outcome-based education,is a results-oriented,student-oriented,and backward thinking approach to curriculum system construction.It is an educational process based on the realization of students’specific learning outputs.OBE education concept mainly has three cores:student-centered,results-oriented and continuously improved quality assurance system[2].Project teaching focuses on the principal position of students and the communication and cooperation between students,from the analysis of project topics to the implementation of the project process to the final completion of the project.In this study,the concept of OBE concept,project teaching and current situation were reviewed by literature method.Supported by Taylor Principle,competency-based theory and"learning by doing"theory,the teaching process is divided into three parts:expected learning outcomes,teaching activities and learning evaluation.Follow the teaching principles of individualized teaching,integration of theory and practice,reverse design and student-centered teaching,build a project teaching model based on the concept of OBE,take the course of"Electrical and Electronic Technology"in secondary vocational schools as an example,determine the expected learning results according to the requirements of enterprise positions,and determine the specific goals from the three aspects of knowledge,ability and quality.And then implement teaching around expected learning outcomes.In the teaching experiment of electrical and electronic technology course lasting one semester,two classes with roughly the same knowledge level were selected as the experimental research objects.The two classes respectively adopted the project-based teaching model and the traditional project-based teaching model based on the OBE concept.After the completion of the teaching experiment,the students’learning situation was evaluated,and the data were collected and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey to verify the effect of teaching implementation.Through experimental research,the effect of OBE based on the concept of project teaching is better than the conventional project teaching effect,has a good role in promoting the students’knowledge,ability,quality and other aspects to achieve the expected learning effect,and improve the students’learning attitude.This shows the effectiveness of project teaching based on OBE concept in improving learning quality.The teaching model has played a great role in promoting the smooth employment of secondary vocational students in the future.It is expected that this teaching model can provide some reference for the teaching reform of secondary vocational education.
