Region Coal-burning Heat Source Design And Research

This paper has carried on the design and the research to the coal-burning heat source craft system. In this paper, we has considered so many factors such as climatic conditions and the environment in Daqing, simultaneously has also given dual attention to the energy conservation, the economical and the environmental protection etc. The design includs designing the computation of the heat load,boiler shaping,heat source ventilation system,water disposal system,coal transporting and ash eliminating system and so on.This design has selected 3 SHL14-1.0/115/70-AII boilers, the aggregate capacity is 42MW. In the design the water in the municipal pipe network has been softened by the sodium ion-exchange reactor. To achieve the boiler water standard through eliminating the oxygen by the oxygen eliminate system. The mechanized degree of the heat source movement has been enhanced by the machinery coal transporting and dreg eliminating system, and reduces worker's labor intensity at the same time. In order to simultaneously make worker lives convenient, this heat source has also established the office,bathroom,apparatus control room, between the air blower and the dreg eliminate room.
