On the background of energy crisis and CO2 drainage reduction of the world, different areas in our country have put great emphasis on application of renewable energy in buildings,which is of great importance for energy saving. River-water source heat pump, as one of the most important ways for building energy saving,is widely generalised currently. Scientific selection of water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump is a necessary problem to be solved urgently in water source engineering design because of high sediment concentration and complex water drawing conditions in upper Yangtze River area.Suitability of river-water source heat pump in upper Yangtze River area is studied.With Yangtze river water quality ,topographic and geologic conditions, requirement of influent for river-water source heat pump in upper area,indicator system is built for water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump in upper Yangtze River area .And an assessment method is proposed for water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump in upper Yangtze River area. The main results are as follows:1) Analyzing suitability of water from Yangtze river and Jialing river.It is found that water from these two rivers is suitable to be used as the water source of river-water source heat pump.But some water drawing & treatment technologies are needed,which will make them more suitable.2) Principles and methods for water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump indicator system are discussed. The indicator system consisting four layers and 17 indicators are built in the text.3) Some evaluation methods are concluded,which provide theory foundation for the research.By comparing their advantages and disadvantages,one evaluation methods is defined for evaluation of water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump.Two schemes are evalued,both of which have their merits and deficiencies. Synthetical comparisons are needed when choosing them.4) Water drawing & treatment in urban water supply and water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump technique are evalued with methods in the text.It is showed that every scheme has some differences in treatment efficiency,ecomomic cost,operation and maintenance more or less.At last,a scheme is proposed for water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump. Cyclone Desander and comprebensive water processor is more suitable as framework of water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump.Assessment methods and findings are helpful to selection of water drawing & treatment system for river-water source heat pump and evaluation work of water drawing & treatment in urban water supply.
