So it is necessary to discuss a portable, swift, modern way to operate in orderto improve the condition of working and increase the operation efficiency.Ultrasonic holds the characteristic of high energy density, especially the super highsound pressure made by high frequency vibration as well as a series of special effects like thecavitation brought by which are widely used in a lot of fields like the industrial crushing andwhisking for instance.In this article, it was designed the method of clearing the accumulate clay in the venthole of rammer by ultrasonic based on the special characteristic of ultrasonic, it dissertatedthe mechanics of how ultrasonic acting clay, discussed how the condition of frequency, power,characteristics of slime and so on effect the speed of clearing, substantiated the high efficiency of ultrasonic clearing vent hole by experiment. Lastly a construction scheme was made anda suit of construction apparatus was designed.
