| This essay is to describe research and development of an 25t axle-load so called wheel set self-steering type radial bogie, which is the first time in China for research and development of this kind of bogie.This essay presents great significance for enhancing design level of freight wagon bogie in China. Introducing from principle and structure of the radial bogie, the self-steering bogie features new structure suitable for China railways in design field, and also relative analysis and calculation and test is performed on this bogie. A series of analysis and tests indicates that dynamic performance of this bogie is much superior than other types of freight wagon bogie. Also, spring snubbing system and steering structure of this bogie features unique and novice, parameter as well. This essay presents freight wagon bogie representing higher level in China railway industry, which will have a good prospect for application. |
