The CBM cast-in-situ reinforced concrete concealed wide-flat beams hollow floor is a new style of flat-plate floor. The weight of this floor is small and the span of this floor is large. Compared with the flat-slab floor, the flat-plate floor and the waffle floor, the hollow floor adapts the demands for the flat-plate floor system of this age. It has been used in some projects and has gained great social effects and economical profits.Compared with the tradition floor, the CBM hollow floor has two special characteristics. The CBM thin-wall hollow tubes are embedded in the floor. There are concealed wide-flat beams between the frame columns. On the basis of the characteristics of this new style of floor, analyzing its basic mechanical behavior, researching on its rational calculating model and design method are of great importance to proceed the designing, ensure the safety of structure, spread the application of this new style of floor.In this paper, finite element analysis program ANSYS is used for nonlinear analysis for hollow floor, stress and deformation state for the concrete of hollow tube periphery are analysed; Based on elastic plate theory, the equilibrium equation is built for hollow floor, the formula of the hollow floor flexural rigidity convert in two ways is deduced, and get the difference in two ways; and the abbreviated equation of the deflection for hollow floor is deduced, by this equation the deflection under the vertical ultimate load can be get, and took the deflection to compare with the result from program ANSYS,the result from norm and the result from experiment; And the present some design methods are analysed, the result by two methods is analysed for a project; Lastly, based on some present projects, the CBM hollow floor construction technology and anti-floating technical measure of thin-wall hollow tube are searched and discussed, and economical efficiency is compared between hollow floor and tradition floor.
