Being a new kind of heating style, much research has been done to the low-temperature hot water floor heating system, however, it is different to traditional heating system, so it would appear many troubles in design and construction. such as, load computing, material of pipe selecting, the space between heating coils ,the type of pipe arranging ,the performance of plastic, adjustment and control of running, etc .These problems would result in various troubles. Therefore, designer should pay more attention to that how to design and construct reasonably and elaborate the advantage of this system perfectly.This paper analysis some key problems in design and construction universally and propose manners on the premise of saving energy based on practical experience...
