Being a clean and no pollution renewable source, wind energy has been valued by the country all over the world increasingly. At the same time, it is one of a large scale exploited and utilized energy and is a competitive unconventionality source. Wind power is the main utilization form of the wind energy. Sine wave inverter technique is an extremely significant skill. It undertakes the assignment to modulate the direct current into the constant voltage and constant frequency across current, can be utilized to load or parallel connected to across current net. Therefore, the performance of the sine wave inverter technology decides the extension and application of the wind power system.Firstly, the present situation and development of the inverter technology has been presented briefly. Through comparing the low frequency inverter technology and high frequency inverter technology, high frequency inverter technology is selected. It contains high frequency transformer, which can fulfill voltage ratio regulation and electricity isolation. The huge and cumbersome work frequency transformer is left out and the audio noise is degraded. The phase width modulation technology and the single phase voltage source high frequency link inverter circuit structure are analyzed and sine phase width modulation control form is selected. Thirdly, the parameter of each part circuit is devised and calculated. All parts of an apparatus are chose. In succession, the Matlab\Simulink simulation of circuit structure is made. The model parameters are installed on base of theoretical calculation. The stability control of sine wave inverter is realized through initial simulation. Finally, an experimental model machine is manufactured on base of theoretical analysis and simulation. The experimental result indicates the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme.
