A practical optimization method of power grid is the foundation of power system structure, which can carry out power supply-demand balancing expediently, optimize power supply structure, guarantee the mutual support in the area power grid, increase security and stability of the system, and acquire the best economic and social benefits under this premise. In the meantime, doing well the work of power grid optimizing design is the key link to power grid engineering construction, and plays a decisive role to the power grid engineering construction period, quality, the investment expenses, the operative reliability of the postnatal period, and the synthetical economic benefit of production. With the development of the national economy, power load increases continuously, going together with the quick development of the distribution grid. The demand for the power supply reliability and the power energy quality of the distribution grid is increasing, which makes the problems {that the modem power grid planning faces to} more complicated gradually. There is immediate significance to resolve the improvement design and optimize the power grid planning.According to the space development strategy of Daqing City, "Five Lakes Area" will become an important region for living and public facilities construction, and it will be a core area in the east city district in the future.In order to make the future power grid structure be able to adapt the development and progress of "Five Lakes Area", meet the growing demand for the load and improve power supply reliability, owning to the existing problems of spower grid of "Five Lakes Area", it is very necessary and in time to carry out the optimization research and put forward a set of reasonable optimization measures of power grid entirely.This thesis analyzes detailedly electric power facilities present condition of "Five Lakes Area" gives a summary about advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the direction of the electric power particular programming. Also, electric power improvement schemes is worked out. Simultaneity, electric power of this region load forecasting carried on. According to the result of forecasting load, power balance is carried on. And substation's scale, layout, space, electric power circuit alignment and installation modes is confirmed. Load flow calculation and stability calculation are carried on for the goal of power system planning, and the opinions of power system construction reformation are putted forward according to the results.
