Research On Highway Engineering Quality Control Based Upon Customer Satisfaction

It is the traffic which has a consequence in country economy and people's life. It is also the vitals of country economy and the indispensability foundation establishment of economy construction. It is an important symbol which is used to weigh a country's economic strength and its modernize level.From 70 years'early of 20th century till now, Chinese mainland's express has got a rapid development. However, when analyzing the instance in the view of quality control, we found many problems. The quality control standard of Chinese highway construction, the assuring rate of quality check and accept and other many things are not on speaking terms with demand of trade's use capability.This thesis takes the trade's satisfaction as the guide. It analyzes the phenomena about the serious forepart destroy of highway project this moment, and the writer daringly expressed that the quality control assuring rate standard is on the low side now, which can't satisfy the satisfactory degree demand of highway user.The writer also analyzed and argumentation that the standard of assuring rate is insufficiency, then he established and perfected a new assuring standard of quality control which meets with trade's satisfactory degree.Moreover, the writer took the principle of trade's satisfactory degree as the foundation. He found and consummated the standard of asphalt road surface plane degree and the standard of asphalt road surface crush degree, as well as the relevant examining and measuring frequency. Hoping that could be capable of elevate the quality of highway project much better, and could satisfy the trade's satisfactory degree.Firstly, this thesis introducing the actuality of highway project's quality, analyzing the forming process of highway project's quality, the character of highway project and the effect system of highway project. And it also analyzes the lack of the assuring rate standard of highway project's quality control.Next, this thesis establishes a quality assuring rate standard which based the satisfactory degree of trade. It found a subjective evaluate model which satisfies trade, and constitute a corresponding relationship between the trade's satisfactory degree and the estimate of objective road surface's capability. Then, it confirms the quality assuring rate standard which based satisfying trade, and demonstrates its rationality through the working procedure capability index theory and the quality cost theory.Finally, based the evaluative model of trade's satisfactory degree, the research of road surface's performances as asphalt road surface plane degree and crush degree, the writer fixed on the plane degree found on trade satisfaction, the quality control standard of crush degree and the relevant examining and measuring frequency.
