Study On The Relationship Between The Compact Degree And The Comfort Degree Ofthe Outer Space Of The Large Urban Residential Area

The quickly developing of the urbanization in our country caused large urban many problems such as population explosion and the rising demand for housing.Cities are faced with unprecedented pressure from population and land.Intensive,efficient,ecological and sustainable strategies on urban development become inevitable.However,people's living standards is improving,as well as the demand of living environmental quality.The construction concepts of “compact city” are to intensive land utilization and improve the efficiency of the city.But some new settlements are in the name of “Compact”,constantly increase the plot ratio and the density of settlements,missed people into thinking the compact settlements is to loss the comfortable living environment,which resulted in the contradiction between compact settlements and comfortable living environment.So the mainly research direction of this paper is study on the relationship between the Compact Degree and the Comfort Degree of the Outer Space of the Large Urban Residential Area,explore the best balance interval of them,and establish a living space that is compact,comfortable,livable and efficient.Firstly,summarize the achievements and shortcomings of the study by summarize compact settlements and comfort-related research.Secondly,through investigation and documentation,summary settlements of compactness and comfort factors indicator system,associated through Delphi technique to filter out two influencing factors and weights of various indexes using analytic hierarchy process for judging.Next,Aiming at the settlements limit the spatial character of the relevant indicators,establish settlements model samples to establish a model of compactness and comfort measures for the assessment,quantitative research methods,analysis of compactness and comfort level between the various indicators of a linear relationship,explore outer space variation between compactness and comfort.Finally,selected three actual cases of community in Tianjin,based on data collected by the field research results cannot be simulated by compactness further with comfort index calculation and comparative analysis of the results.Qualitative methods,in-depth analysis of the internal relations of compactness and comfort,and the exterior space planning design of residential areas in big cities should be guided by general principles.
