Along with the thorough of research as well as the swift development of the traffic infrastructure construction of our country, semi-rigid asphalt pavement can not already satisfy the situation, especially semi-rigid material strain cracking can not get effective treatment, urgent needs study and develop flexible Base Asphalt pavement. This paper researchs every performance of the Asphalt Treated Base by indoor experiment and actual project.Applying the index of Talbol and Uniform design method, this paper research the effect which coarse mineral act on skeleton in the ATB30 gradation. Major purpose is to study the correlation and effects of coarse mineral VCA following size of aggregate as well as different gradation to use, so determine the reasonable content of coarse mineral when it reach to inlay squeeze. Regular the proportion of size of aggregate in coarse mineral and fine mineral carefully, change the proportion of coarse mineral to fine mineral, then carry out large scale Marshall Test, inspect carefully the use quantity of fine material for filling influence, and determine the limit of use quantity for fine mineral. To analyse the correlation between skeleton structure and anti-wheel tracking, appliying SSC ( stone-on-stone contact ) to appraise compaction which coarse mineral act on each other in the ATB30, and analyse the correlation between SSC and dynamic stability.Using large scale Marshall test, research the compation method of test, and compare this compation method with the compation method of standard Marshall. This paper still adopts SGC and Vibratory compaction,which are compared with large scale Marshall test.Take different gradation of ATB30 mixture splitting test and bending beam test in different temperature condition, and appraise its performance of low temperature anti-cracking. Using the fracture strain energy during the fracture of bending beam to appraise the low temperature anti-cracking of ATB30 is a seeking work, just for reference. Test dynamic stability of ABT30 which have different gradation and different rolling thickness, and provide some questions about the high temperature stability of Asphalt mixture by the data of the test and solving method. Taking large scale Marshall test of different gradation immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test,to appraise the Immersion stability and other efffection factors of ATB30 by its residual stability and tensile splitting strength.Under different temperature condition,using special program and ANSYS to calculated two of different road structure( a kind of adopt ABT30, another is contrast structure ) maximum temperature stress and train at the bottom of different layer which effected by high-speed decreasing temperature and by vehicle loading. Also calculated the maximum coupled tensile stress and strain at the bottom of different layer which effected by both.At last,this paper researched the anti-cracking mechanism of ATB30 by comparison and analysis.
